Reflexology

Reflexology is a relaxing massage treatment centred on the feet with no other parts of the body being physically touched. Based on ancient Asian treatments, reflexology works with the bodies natural energies which run through the body from the feet and hands to the head.

Represented on each foot are all the organs and limbs of the body (reflexes), which are massaged in turn to balance their individual energies.

Once the reflexes have been balanced, the various glands (Thyroid, Adrenal etc) represented on the feet can then be balanced against each other if necessary.

I have treated many clients with various aches, pains and ailments. During sessions I have rid them of at least one problem and contributed to the long-term healing of other troubles. Some clients have had quite profound reactions, others just faded into a deep sleep.

Please do not be put off from having this wonderful treatment because you dislike your feet or they are ticklish. Many of my clients have felt the same as you before their first treatment, but have soon forgotten their doubts and relaxed.

The treatment is carried out in the seat position with the feet supported, so can be carried out just about anywhere.
